A Service Provider has the opportunity to be 1 of 7 exclusive seats in each territory. (See the investment opportunity information for further details for the #1 seat.) On the app, you will appear in your territory with a green or red light, depending on if you are active with your app. The consumer will be able to communicate instantly with you and you have the potential business connection on-demand. With immediate access to you, they can begin a conversation instantly through the app. If the consumer decides to work with you, the actual contract between you and the consumer is done between you and your new customer. The service provider, you, will make your own contract arrangements with your new customer and ZipCoda is not going to require a percentage or referral fee of the transaction. ZipCoda is strictly the connector from the consumer to you! Since there are only 7 seats available per territory, the territory is closed until a seat becomes available.
